Once your purchases reach $750, your circaliving status™ will entitle you to 10% off all future purchases during the program year.

Program rules and regulations

The program year begins on November 1 and ends on October 31 of each year.*

Every shopper who provides their name and other requested information at checkout is automatically enrolled in the circaliving status™ program with your first purchase.

circaliving status™ purchase total returns to zero at the close of business on October 31 of each year.

Your first discount will be applied on the next visit after you reach the $750 mark for that year that is at least one day after the day you reach the mark.

Discount apples to in-stock merchandise only.

Discount does not apply to gift card purchases, special or custom orders or lay-a way items if the lay-a-way begins before the $750 mark is made.

Lay-a-way purchases are not counted toward the $750 mark until the lay-a-way is paid in full.

Merchandise returns that result in your purchase total dropping below $750 for the program year will result in loss of circaliving status™ until the mark is reached again.

circaliving status™ discounts are non-transferable.

circaliving status™ discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or sale.

We reserve the right to change or terminate this program at any time in any manner without notice. We reserve the right to remove anyone from this program for fraud or abuse.

* This program officially begins 1/1/2012. Purchases made before 1/1/2012 are not counted toward the total for 2012. Registered shoppers whose purchases between 11/1/2011 to 12/31/2011 totaled $750 or more are awarded circaliving status™ through 10/31/2012.
